ABOUT

We believe in a training approach that emphasizes trust, understanding, and consistency. By focusing on classical riding principles, we aim to develop horses that are balanced, collected, and confident. This foundation allows them to become athletes who are pleasant to ride, better movers, less prone to injuries, and more willing to adapt to various situations.

A Natural Approach to Horsemanship

MY STORY

Two horses are running in a grassy field.

I have had a passion for horses since riding since youth, 4H, Little Britches, High School Rodeo, Reined Cow Horse & Reining.

Being able to start 2-year-olds and seeing them being NRCHA, NCHA, and NRHA finalists or winners is extremely rewarding.

I’ve learned a lot from my riding background, especially about collection, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to enjoy riding a horse that isn’t collected. I believe a collected horse performs better and is easier to ride. I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to develop that collection early on, as it not only improves the horse’s physical abilities but also the communication between the rider and the horse.

I believe that while there are many talented trainers out there, what really makes a difference is work ethic. If you don’t work hard, you won’t get consistent results. And once you start seeing good results, that’s when the real work begins—because you need to keep pushing to maintain and build on them. Consistency and dedication are what set great trainers apart from the rest.

For me, it’s about putting in the time and effort to truly understand each horse and always strive for improvement.
